🌿 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused, in original packaging
- Not marked as final sale or promotional item
- Accompanied by your order number

🔄 Exchanges
Want a different product? We're happy to exchange for items of equal or lesser value within 30 days. Simply reach out via email and we'll guide you through the process.
💔 Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund goes back to your original payment method
- Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
