🔄 Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging. See our full Returns Policy.
We're so sorry! Email hello@seoulrituals.com with a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to post it.
